I may have posted this before, however I do not recall doing so.

Saint Max is a 1999 Sea Ray 330 Dancer. I am having a hell of a time sliding the cabin entrance door left and right. I can see a TON of dirt in the tracks and feel the time has come for a complete R/R of the sliding apparatus.

How is the door cover removed? I can see four fasteners +. Two low, two at the wind screen and some caulk.

Am I missing something?

TIA.

I did not hit tonight's lottery.

Cheap man's bump is required.

TIA

I just repaired mine for the second time(245 Weekender), first you will need two people for this job, the Helm has to come off and the wiring has to be diconnected, the calk removed, and the window support, then the hard part, the screws that attach the helm to the side and then the ones below. Make absolutetly certain you check and replace the screws top and bottom of this door, Sea Ray saw it fit to place puny screws that snap easily and only two on bottom. I did and would if I were you replace them with a few more and beefier screws.. Good luck..

Dave,
My duddy had 310. The wheels were all messed up from sand being in the track. I emailed him to see how he removed it.
