As we do research for our next boat we see a 1994, 1995 330 Express. With a weight less than a 330 Dancer and the engines repositioned forward with straight drives. The drawback is the lack of a mid cabin and carbureted engines. It would seem that the balance of this boat is better with the location of the engines. However, they may be more difficult to access. Does anyone have any experience with this model boat?

We own a 1995 330, carburated with V-Drives. I have seen the in-line models and you lose the aft cabin/setee. This was an important space for us for overnight guests and storage.

Ours performs well and gets on plane in under 4 seconds.

I would not shy away from carburated engines. Ours run great. Ours is for sale if you are interested.
