i have a 86 35hp merc i am not sure where the wires for the controls go. the one is the harness, the longer hot and ground wires go to the battery and i know the shorter hot and ground should either go to the starter or the selonoid but iam not sure where they go. also there is a small black wire that broke off it is coming off the starter selonoid,with the yellow wire that connects to the bottom of the starter, not sure where that wire hooked up to. i have a picture if needed any help would be greatly appreciated.
