Similar to EXSAYLOR's question about where his fuel shutoff valves might be hiding... I'd love to hear from other 3607 owners if they have located the fuel shutoff valves for each tank and any cross feed. I found the selector for the genset (under the bottom step coming from the aft deck down into the salon).

I don't have my manuals with me at the moment, but I seem to remember the fuel system diagram showing several on/off valves in the fuel system to allow both engines to run off of either tank, etc.

I haven't done an exhaustive search yet (which in itself is a bit embarrassing), but don't recall ever seeing any valves in the fuel system, aside from previously mentioned genset selector.

Thanks in advance,
Jeff

Carver does a good job hiding things. On my 3807, the fuel valves are in the aft cabin closet which is on the other side of the bulkhead behind those same steps from the aft deck to the salon.

FWIW, my fuel tank valves are all together in/under that same step ... left, right, genset. Best thing is to probably follow the fuel hoses.

Yup
under that same 3607 salon step here. and I have found no other valves ...

My 3607 has a fuel log with fuel shut off valves located along the bulkhead aft of the starboard engine in the engine bay.

Great info, thanks. I'll check there on mine. That would put it right below the "under stair" valve that I have. My valve under the stair has a little placard added to it that says "Generator", so I'm thinking that either I don't have shutoff valves for the engines, or they are somewhere else, like where you mentioned.

By the way, I looked in my manual and noted that they engine fuel shutoff valves are listed as optional. I also have the build sheet, but didn't think to see if that option is checked or not.
