Can someone provide me with a rough estimate as to how many gallons per hour a 380 SeaRay with twin 8.1's should get? What is the cruising speed and max speed

She should burn about 25-28 gal/hr at a cruising speed of about 25mph. Top end should be around 35mph

I don't know

IMHO thats pretty optmistic, on my 2004 360 with 8.1's I was closer to 32 to 34 GPH on the smartcraft.
At 22 knots.

My 2002 380DA with 8.1s Horizons would cruise at 25-27 MPH and burn 32-34 GPH at 3400-3500 RPM. All numbers are from Smartcraft and memory. On a trip, with many variables, I would average .75 - .80 Miles per Gallon.
