On my 5.7 4-barrel Rochester engine the boat bogs down around 3400rpm. When I back off the throttle the boat resumes good engine speed. I'm wondering if the back barrels are plugged and if so, can I run carb cleaner through them without taking the carb off the engine? Any thoughts or tips are appreciated.
