71 footer fishing boat down in Cape May

A few dead not sure of the facts the water temperature at the buoy was reported to be 32 degrees. More to follow as I hear about it. One survivor had a survival suit on. Looks like there were 7 on the boat. They were 60 miles off Cape May. The boat evidently went down at 5AM this morning. The boat was a 71' foot fishing boat. The sole survivor so far had an immersion suit on.
All are said to be wearing immersion suits. 2 dead so far 4 still missing. Sad. Bill

I've been listening to the news. Looks pretty grim for any more survivors due to the water temp. They said it was a steel hull tug shaped boat that was taking on water?
