advice please - 1986 Commodore 277 wiper motor

need your advice please! One of the windshield wiper motors has died and we are looking to replace them. There are some for sale in the "For Sale" forum by 'Littlebookworm'. I asked this RO if knew if they are compatible. Any advice what to ask regarding his motors, etc.?

I'm not that mechanically inclined...
