Having grown tired of continuous problems with electric horns, I finally broke down and bought a Wolo dual air horn last year. They worked fine all summer but when I tried them this year, they just quietly buzzed.
I can get each one to work if I block off the air to the other, but when they are both connected to the compressor I just get a quiet buzz, as though the compressor is not generating enough pressure.
I assume that the diaphragms have become stiff. I sprayed some WD40 down the trumpet. Is there anything else I should try?
