Air show

Heading out at about 9 am. Few other people from the Anchorage all ready there. South west beach. Come on down.
 
Geeeze the show was awfully dragged out this year, between that and the weather and having a baby on board I had to leave early and missed the best part.
 
We went on Saturday on Walter's boat. Took 1 boat as we weren't sure what Zachs was like. It really wasn't that bad.
The super high tide helped going in. Coming out we saw fools using east cut and getting stuck.
For me it was more the temp, it was cold and I didn't dress right.
We rafted up with some others, think we had 6 boats. Show was okay.
It's actually hard to see the best of the show even from Zachs since most of the good action is over the beach.
Plus since boats were swung aft North, it meant you needed to be on bow to see most action.

Tbirds are cool, obviously the best part.
 
We watched for about an hour from the ocean. When the sun went in it was really raw and we decided to pack it in.

First good run for the boat though.
 
Show was def light on planes this year. Newsday said it was due to construction on a runway at JFK and they couldnt handle all the planes for the show
