Alpha 1 Gen II Cavitation plate width

Just purchased a hydrofoil for my 95 Caravelle Bowrider with 4.3 Mercruiser and Alpha 1 Gen II outdrive. The instructions say my cavitation plate must be at least 5" wide for install my boat is 2 hours away I was wondering if someone could measure their outdrive and let me know the width that way I could exchange if need be before going to boat next weekend

I have Alpha 1 outdrive and the hydrofoil I installed fit well.

i had same outdrive and foil was fine .i would say it is by looking at it befor i put it in water that is was at least 5 inches or more
