Problem fixed,windlass now functional
Finally found the solenoid hidden in Galley floor hatch hidden around vacuflush, AC Pump,etc.
Checked voltage, zero!
Went back in bilge to look again for circuit breaker.
Found a breaker barely visible located in the large electrical/circuit breaker box in the engine room.
Re set the circuit breaker and activated the windlass.
I was checking wrong circuit breaker before.
I should have looked harder the first time for the circuit breaker.
At least I now know where the breaker and the solenoids are located.
