I know there has been intest here before, so I'm reposting a craigs list add, I have no other knowlege about it, just thought someone might find it useful.

Thanks. I'm interested in a slip but my beam is 14'2" so this is too small for me.

I understand that 15+ come up rarely but then you have to get there ahead of Walter who is rumored to be attempting a hostile takeover of the facility.
 
I repled to the ad to ask about the beam and slip number. The ad indicates 14' on the beam.
 
I have a blue print of the marina that shows where all the slips are, if you tell me tthe slip number I can give you the pros and cons about the location.

I dont see the guard towers located on the map... is that for security purposes ?

Also see that u write inconsistantly ... That is a sign of A.d.d Have u ever been tested ?

When did they move the gas dock ? It used to be located behind the office !
 
Walter.....Look what they found in your dock box at the Anchorage...........you should at least lock it !

Money is no longer there, it was deposited at the gas dock this year. :)
 
I am intrested in learning more about the Anchorage in Lindenhurst. I have been there several times and even rented a transient slip once for a month. I understand it is Condo. Are the slips deeded fee simple? Do you own the land under the water for your slip or what? Please tell me what you guys know.

You can't own water in NY.
You own the small piece of land behind the slip, the poles and the finger pier.

Would love to bring boat south, but that that is a long haul! Plus you are on the west coast of FL.

Slip C32 ... As for price I havent a clue....

Heck I thought it was going to be empty for the 2 months the current tenant was going to be gone. LEt me see what he is going to pay and then ill get back to u ...
