Posting this for a friend of mine who owns a slip at the Anchorage that is still available.

Anchorage Yacht Club slip for rent. Can accomodate a boat with a 12' beam. Great location, amenities include pool, tennis courts, parking at boat, can have picnic table and bbq. $3400.00 for the season includes winter storage, water and electric.
 
Does he want to sell it? I know someone who might be looking to buy one.
