Annapolis Boat Show

Drove down Saturday, met up with a bunch of friends, stayed the night and hit the show on Sunday. Checked out the boats and vendors. All in all, a nice day. Pusser's, O'Brians...good food, drink and fun!
 
We went Friday, and spent most of the afternoon huddled up in the warmth of a Formula 400SS cockpit with the Formula guys, drinking hot cider and Mount Gay. Good fun. Shame there weren't many customers, though. The wif did buy a pair of gloves (!) in the goodies tent....
 
I went Sunday with the specific task of buying a new RIB and outboard. I had narrowed it down to either the Nautica or the Walker Bay Genesis 270. Neither of these were at the show.

Joe was right, "Another first - able to walk a straight line on the docks without having to juke and jive to avoid running into someone." Never seen such a light crowd. That was great, but the reason for the light crowd was terrible. Maybe Miami will be better.
