Annual service for electric raw water flush toilet

Here is link to the ITT-Jabsco model selection page. Select the model you have, then on that page select technical information. What you get is more or less an "Owner's Manual".
Do the maintenance procedures describes annually. And/or buy the "service kit" for your model, and install it as well ( each year ).
Mostly, disassemble the system, confirm that all flaps, duckbills are still well formed, pliable and smooth. Lube all sliding/rotating parts ( as described in manual ). Re-assemble, making sure that all connections are sealed and tight. ( Be careful when tightening a hose and clamp around a plastic fitting; they can crack! ) Check all electrical components for corrosion and correct as needed.
I would suggest: old clothes, gloves, Vap-o-rub on upper lip, and paper towels. Also, If you thoroughly flush the system with white vinegar -first-, you will greatly reduce the odor issue.

Thank You !!.. "mostly this is a lube and fix as needed project".. Does this mean if she's working fine NOT to do this every season?.. I'm going to winterize the boat next month and would prefer NOT to mess with the toilet unless I really should..

You -do- need to check and lube on a regular basis. Or you could wait for it to fail whenever it is ready...
They do need some maintenance, and annual is about right. Inspection and lube is generally all that it required, but the soft parts wear out and/or become deformed, so checking and occasional replacement is needed. Do it on your schedule, in relative comfort rather than having a failure mid-trip with guests aboard.

I owned a Raw Water Flushed Jabsco for several years and had a lot of trouble with critters being sucked in and decaying in the rim cavity - creating a very bad smell.
The one thing I used to do once per year was:
1/ Disconnect the flush hose at the pump
2/ Fill head bowl with treatment solution and FRESH water - all the way to above the rim
3/ Attach a wet vacuum cleaner to flush hose - this reverse flush the rim.
Any critters / weed stuck in the rim will be sucked into the vacuum cleaner.
