Volvo AQ225D/280 twin setup.
Fuel starvation issue on port side.
Have changed carb, fuel lines, filters, mechanical fuel pump has less than 10 hours, cleaned or replaced all fittings between tank and fuel pump.
Tank feeds both engines via independant pickups/lines/filters. Problem has been plaguing me, but only the port side.
Runs strong at 3000rpm until rpm is reduced. Once I attempt to increase rpm, engine dies. Pulled fuel line to carb and it's dry. After sitting for 15 minutes or so, engine will start and perform normally at cruise until rpms are reduced again. Any ideas? I was going to gut the anti syphon valves, any comment?
