Anyone out on the Ches Bay yesterday?

I'm right around the corner from you, at Harbor North. There is actually a Detroit Diesel mechanic on my dock, not sure if he does marine or not though. If I see him this weekend, I will ask.

Shane -

It's funny that your BoaterEd name is tr_guy79. I know someone who goes by the nickname "TR", and he is at your marina. "TR" are the initials of his first and middle name. He has 2 boats ... a Sea Ray 24 and and a 26. he is trying to sell the 24. You might recognize the 24, named "Bad Influence".

I know TR well. If you know him, you may know my Sister (Jenn) too. She used to hang out with him a lot. She has a Sundancer 27...

Funny thing is, I have known TR for years, and never thought about it until just now, I don't actually know his real first name...

I've known TR for 6 years, and I have met your sister. Her boat is "Just a Girl", right? The admiral and I rafted with her, TR, TR's father, and a couple named Morgan and Ann on the Bohemia River about 3 years ago. "TR" stands for Thomas Richard.

We're up in that area a lot, and know a lot of boaters up there. You'll probably run into us some time.

What does the "tr" in your Boatered name mean?

Much to the dismay of my dad (rip), when I was 18, I brought home two Triumph TR7s. One of the only cars that I have had, that I don't miss in some way... Needless to say, he was happy to seem them go too...

I am not sure what Jenn's boat was (is?) named, though "Just a Girl" does sound like the kind of name she would give her boat...
