"Here is a letter from Governor Schwarzenegger to Darrell Steinberg and Karen Bass that Dave Breninger President of RBOC sent out. I tried to listen to much of the hearings today via the internet. I went to the water rally at the capitol yesterday. I got there early and had to dodge the sprinklers watering the capitol lawn (Monday is a no water day for the rest of Sacramento). "water supply reliability" seems to be developing as the new code word for peripheral canal.
