I can't seem to get my avatar to show up. It's on my profile, but does not show up when I post somthing. Anyone have any ideas why??

I'm having the same problem Thought it was because i didn't have my anchor yet but that wasn't it..

Site donors are allowed to have an avatar. Since I see that you do not have an "anchor", I assume that you are not a donor, and that is the reason.

You DO have an anchor and avatar privileges. However, you copied the wrong link from photobucket. try the one that begins with [ img]
 
I am coping the one with the img tag. Is it possible that the size is too big. I can't get it down to 82x82 on Photobucket?
 
Another way to fix your avatar problem is to edit it.

Your links reads: ( NOTE: I added spaces )
ht tp: //www.boatered.com/forum/[ IMG]Dhttp://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e101/regal292/File0015Small-1.jpg[ /IMG]

Remove the entire beginning up to, but -not- including the first "[".

It may display differently, in which case delete the entire beginning up to and -including- the phrase "com/forum/".
 
Nevermind, this is easier:

Copy the next line, then paste it into the avatar slot.

http : //i38.photobucket.com/albums/e101/regal292/File0015Small-1.jpg

Delete the spaces.

Submit.

Thanks Radioactive, I followed your instructions and was able to get mine up [:-bigeyes] I'm talking about my avatar! [:-bouncy]
