My boat has been awlgripped about 10yrs ago , the shine has gone off and in some places dirt seems to be ground in, its condition overall is good, is there a good cleaning product and wax that is recomended ?

Try buffing with 3M's Finesse It using a foam pad followed by a couple of coats of Zaino.
