AYC slip on D dock for rent for 2013 season

Not sure if AYC will be back in shape for next year or not. Regardless I am hanging this out there to help others plan.

I will be looking to rent my slip on d dock. Slip is 14' beam max. It has 4 poles with starboard finger pier.

Water and electric hopefully.

Great view of open bay.

No price yet as it will depend on what services will be available by next year.

If your interested I want to line someone up soon so I am not scrambling in the spring.

Dave, I took a ride by your vessel over the weekend. Doubt you remember but we met a few times around the Marina. I may or may not be looking at the Anchorage next year. I gotta go super cheap so may move to the island in Amityville unless I can cut a serious deal.

Not looking to rent it cheap, sorry. It is prime location, so I will hold out. I have people interested in it already assuming marina bounces back.

Also for others I am looking to sell my slip on A dock.
Has 4 solid poles and finger pier.
Slip is located in a dead end, so not alot of traffic behind slip.
Came out of Sandy unscathed and boat in the slip did fine.
Slip is also 14' beam and is currently rented for next year (but this can be negotiated).
Price for that slip is $45K.
