Bad battery switch AND charger?

In a matter of hours both the starting battery and the house bank are dead even with the battery switch turned ONLY to the house bank (three size 31s in parallel). Is it possible the switch (Perko) is bad? The panel shows only normal amps, mostly the fridge. I think the current drain problem may be the charger. It is hooked directly to the batteries. It charges just fine. I'm thinking of putting a switch between the charger and the batteries. Any other ideas?
