Bahia Honda??

It appears from photographs that Bahia Honda offers a close second if not an equal to the beaches of the bahamas, can anyone share a little local knowledge about this place; can it be approached by Dinghy?, dogs allowed on leash?, nearby anchorage? Overall opinion.
