my charger reads 3 or 4 amps just sitting at the dock plugged in to shore power(even after several hours sitting there, more than enough time to charge the batteries, which are new this year)....
.....
if i take the positive leads of # one battery the gage reads zero amps..
seems to me if the boat is disconnected from shore power, both batteries disconnected, i should read an open to ground at both positive battery leads and the resistance between the leads should also be open. right?
...
also, how do you know if you have a battery isolator?
