Battery and charging question.

I did leave the refrigerator, and radios, gps, depth finder, etc. on. Did turn blowers off and windows and doors shut.

But left the battery on. I have A, both and B selector. Either the A or the B battery can start either engine. Or can switch to both to try to start either engine using both batteries.

You turned off engine room blowers while refueling? I do not think you want to do that.

You want the bilge blower off while refueling. Gas fumes could be pulled into the boat through the fresh air intake. The fumes may come from the gas tank vent.

But run the blower for 5 minutes before starting the engine.
 
See if the battery switches have alternator field disconnect circuits and if so are they wired if so the alternators won't buck or combine if properly wired.
