My batteries, while at the dock and hooked up to shore power, are eventually running down. I figured this was a faulty battery charger, so I replaced it but am still having the same problem. Is it possible that the battery charger isn't "getting the message" that the batteries need charge? Both the old and new chargers stay in the "maintenance" mode and never seem to switch to charge mode. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
