There was actually more than one idiot lighting fireworks off the back of their boats last night in the crowded Biscayne Bay, Downtown Miami. There were hundreds of boats anchored all in a confined area. And I mean fireworks with serious sparks shooting just a few feet in the air and falling back into the boats and in one case, on top of the engine. Am I missing something about boating safety?
