Why can't all the people I do busines with be as responsive as the folks at Bennett? I had a problem with a new trim tab installation last spring and didn't get around to fixing it until a couple of weeks ago.

I exchanged a few emails with M.J. Thomas at Bennett, did the tests he recommended and ended up returning the hydraulic pump. Today, a new pump arrived. No paperwork and no questions. Elapsed time? Less than a week.

All that and they must know that I won't be a return customer for some time. Bennett tabs last a long time.

I just wish that my cable company, electric supplier, telephone company, water company and all the others who have shut off customer service to save a couple of bodies would learn that all we need is 60 seconds on the phone (or the Internet) with someone who understands that we have an easily fixable problem.

I wish I needed another set of trim tabs. Bennett is great to deal with.
 
Ronny, you sure dragging up a whole bunch of -old- threads...

Odds are, if someone was looking for "which to buy" info 10 months ago, they already bought it.
