Bent prop shaft?

I just got a new prop, and when i spin it it semms to slightly wobble, is it the prop of the shaft, with it being so slight would it affect anything. Also while im thinking about it whats the deal with the little trim skeg above the prop it was pointing to the left, so i moved it so it was straight. was that wrong...
