My brother has a 2005 Sea Ray 32' Sundancer. He was having trouble with the bilge blower. Two switches, one at the helm and the other in the cabin (I think). The bilge blower would work sometimes but not other times. His marina looked at the problem and said Sea Ray does not sell replacement switches and the only solution was to replace both helm panels for $8000.

Sure seems like a lot of money to replace a failing bilge blower switch.

The infamous sea ray eim panels. Sucks big time. They are not wired like normal switches. Everything goes into a computer board which controls the functions. Problem is when the board goes, everything starts to go. To make matters worse, Sea Ray no longer supports the boards. So owner after owner is farqued. There are a couple of retrofit systems out there. Flounder Pounder has one. Another guy is making another one, but I can’t remember his name. Need to find it. They are not cheap. I also think there may be someone offering to fix the current boards. Need to do some searches. But that is why the cost is as high as it is.
