Boat Wifi with Bullet M2HP

I'm an old fart and not edumicated in all this new tech. My marina WIFI requires logging on to a landing page and entering the marina password anytime I want to use their WIFI from my boat. Does that setup exclude me from being able to use their internet access from a remote site?
