Boatfix Business Forum - need anchor?

Just tried to post a question for the folks at Boatfix to see if they can get a part and the site says I do not have access to the forum. Do I need an anchor now? is this new? I have submitted questions in the past(not sure if under that topic) for Les & co. on items that I could not find on the website. Getting older though so maybe I am dreaming thats how I got a hold of them.
