So I placed an order for my friend for a new Raritan Elegance about a week ago and they haven't received a tracking number yet.
I logged a help desk ticket on boatfix.com, but does anyone have a contact that I can talk to? I have the order number and info. Or does someone from BoatFix.com monitor these boards that can contact me?
