Boating Accident in Jones Inlet this past week?

My wife said that there was a boating accident in Jones Inlet this past Wednesday. Does anyone have any info on this?

Somebody died near the inlet by Meadow Island - he dove off his boat into 2 feet of water. I am guessing major head injury.
 
What ever happened The CG was out there doing drills in the days afterwards.... Also they finally reset the inlet buoys ... Not knowing any of the details and from the drills the CG was doing looks like they didnt like there response time....
