Boating Etiquette

How do you compare p*ssing off the dock with going behind a tree on a golf course.
Most marinas on the Hudson have very nice bathrooms available. Most Ro's on this site have boats in the 30'+ range. I'll make the assumption that they all have a head. Some probably have 2.
I'm not sure of the availability to bathrooms on the golf course, but they are probably not as readily available as they are in this situation.
The problem here is that it is all about "me". I don't care about anybody elses feelings as long as I'm having a good time. The fact that I may have p*ssed on a boat that somebody pays a lot of money to keep in this slip is of no concern to me. It's summer and I'm here for the party.
What if somebody was driving down the street, had to p*ss and there was no facilities available. Is it ok for them to p*ss on your front lawn?
To me, my slip is my home.

I never defended his actions and never disagreed that it was inappropriate etc. I merely stated that labeling it a "sex crime" is blowing it situation out of proportion.

LOL so much for spell check it corrected to that, but I should have noticed.
As Hank has said this was not the huge big deal it is being blown out to be. Yes, I was upset and I wanted to get other takes on what happened but at this point it's clearly going over the top. I will have a talk with the boat owners that were involved and put this to bed. I don't fault the marina. I have even told them this they had been made aware of the incident not by me but I guess another member here, there where upset about this and responded very apropriately. I have no complaints in this department.
I thank you all for the input but it's time to enjoy boating season, I will ask again please let this go and move on.
