Why was the last thread locked?

In light of current events it seems that local professional athletes think this is ok.

Sadly yesterday I witnessed this again in the parking lot, broad day light only steps away from a restroom another member decided it was ok to make like a dog a pee on the rear tire of a pickup truck there had to be a dozen plus people around we were clearly the only ones that thought this was odd.

It was my wife who first noticed and I have to say I find this inexcusable!!! Again the restroom was a few steps away, WHY???

Is this a sign of what this world is coming to?
 
Well this is still a problem and I'm amazed by it.
 
Dave - unfortunately I see this more and more. People even pull over and pee on trhe side of the road in. Road dayhlight. We are quickly becoming one of those third world countries you read about.
 
We saw one go behind a pole on I-95 Saturday morning. In the days before BWI people used to pee off the transom all the time when we were fishing or water skiing. Either that or people took a dip. The girls got to use the head. Usually this only occurred under extreme duress.

But if there is a water closet right near by it makes no sense at all and these people can get written up for indecent exposure. Take a photo an send it to the Sheriff?
 
Just another example of the moral decay in this country.
