I know this has been asked before. What would be a fair price to have the bottom paint removed completely. What is the best medium to use? I have heard anywhere from sand to crushed corn cobs. After,what is the process to reapply the bottom paint. Has anyone done this? I imagine very labor intensive. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
