After all the problems I had with my starboard side head, i decided to buy a pair of rebuilts heads. Went down last night to disassemble, and this is what I found. All plugs looked good except #7, it had milky oil on it. I figured another head gasket, no biggie, I'm changing anyway. WELL, pulled that head and this is what I found.

Now, I know a rebuild, or at least partial is in order. I don't want to pull the boat out now. I can still enjoy it at the slip for the rest of the season. BUT, what could be the worst that happens if I put it back together to take short runs for the rest of the year.
So, whatchya all think?
