Many of us are planning to leave on vacation in Thursday morning the plan was to spend the night on anchor watch the fireworks and then take off in the morning. I won't be around to see them on Friday.
Just watch out for the submerged brick wall Butch. Keep to the port side of the new marker until well into the bowl. (Of course that assumes some rouge wave/person hasn't move/removed it!)
I have an idea how about every time we go to the pond we each dink over to the wall and remove a couple bricks. I would think in no time at all the wall would vanish may only take a few years
I'm not sure about up there in the Hudson but here in Little Egg (NJ) all I have to do is cruise on over behind Long Beach Island and I will have no less than 20 fireworks displays to see tonight. There will be fireworks events in one form or another for the next 3 nights in my area.
Bill
Same here Bill, not 20 but 4-5 of them. The things is that this specific one is unique because you anchor in the pond and the fireworks are literally over your head.
Took the go fast in yesterday after we got back. They are all set up and ready for tonight. We will be there but not sure which boat we will be on yet. May leave my boat at marina with the dogs on it. We don't want to put the pup through to much with the fireworks over head. She did alright here at dock last night with the fireworks going off around us. Being under them is a little different. Hope everyone has a great weekend
