The past 2 winters, when I removed the drives from the boat, the trim cylinders on the starboard engine would extend by themselves over a period of time (2-4 weeks). I'm also noticing that I'm experiencing some type of minor cavitation with my starboard drive. My rpm's rise about 200 rpm when I make left turns. Both drives indicate equal trim. By trimming the drive in, stops this problem. Could the trim system for that drive be a problem? I don't notice any change though on the indicator.
