Breakfast In Peekskill

After a bit of a hiatus it looks like the annual brunch at Henry's on the Hudson will happen. So far the best date we have for this affair will be April 15th. Yes that would be 2007.
In the past we've usually had some door prizes and this year will be no different. Some may say these are actually contributions to Butch's gang and that the drawing is rigged. I know they are not since I made out good at least one year. But maybe that was the dinner. If you want to bring something for a prize have at it, no suggestions here, and nothing is refused. Well, almost nothing but if you wrap it who's going to know?
Anyway, any one that has been there will tell you a good time is always had by all. The food is great and so is the view.
If you are interested in attending the brunch let us know by posting up and we'll see you there. About the only thing I can think of postponing this event will be more snow on the day but by then winter AND THE SNOW should be long gone!
Bring your plans for the summer or your glory from last year and let's have some fun over breakfast.

Make the time and put it on your calendar. Now wake up and get out of those holes everyone has been hidding in. Sign up and get out and spend a day with our fellow boaters and great friends...

Dumb question - where is Henry's on the Hudson???

I'm trying to see what the schedule is up in Kingston on the 15th. Depending on what's happening up there I'd love to come to the brunch. What time is it scheduled for???

Can't make it folks....soccer starts that day.

Pete, Henry's at Peekskill Inn is on Route 6, all the way at the end, about 200' before route 9. From your home, take 6 past Mohegan, into Peekskill and through down town Peekskill. Henry's is on the right, just as you get to the end of 6 and the intersection of route 9.

From the water, it can be seen near the top of the mountain. There's no dock and dine option that I know of. Unless you can get a temp slip at Peeksill Yacht Club and take a cab up the hill (too far to walk).

We usually get there when it opens up. Geo has mentioned we sat at 11:00 AM last time. The time is up for grabs but an early seating is going to lead to better seats provided we reserve early enough.
Chris sorry you can't make it that day but if people want to kick around alternative days that's still ok with us since we are still involved in painting/remodeling and getting away from that is a bonus at this point.
