My friend is about to purchase all the components to build an Inverter system. I told him I would help him and this is the first place I thought to come.
Its going to be solar. Hes got room for two 2'X 3' solar panels. He wants to be able to run a coffee pot, norcold refer and a couple light bulbs at the same time. This would be the highest draw this system should ever see. If I think about it, the coffee maker might only run during the morning so there wouldnt be any lights on with that. Just trying to give you an idea of the type of amperage. Ill find out the model refer hes got. Also hes got a nice generator, ill find out about it as well.
We would like to know approxiamtly how many batteries we'd need. What type of inverter to use. Whos got the best deals on parts.And how to set it up. I know this is a big question, but I brag on this board and the knowledge here on a regular basis. Thanks for any and all contributions.
