Bulkhead Slip with Floating Dock Available in Wantagh.

Looking to sell whole property now. See below.

Seasonal dockage with electric and water is available to rent for the summer season (now through November 1). Everything is basically new, including the bulkhead, and the property is professionally landscaped and well lit.

We own this property and have three boat slips on it. This is where we keep our boat and there is one slip available, it is the one on the western end in the pictures posted below(towards the right).

The property is located on a quiet residential street in Wantagh on the north end of Grand Canal with easy access (1 block) to Merrick Rd. Entry at southern end of canal near Wantagh Park with easy access to a marina with a mechanic (1/4 mile away) and a pump out station (at Wantagh Park).

Parallel parking is available on the street only steps away from your boat!

I can also offer access to a DirectTV sat signal if you have a receiver.

This is my "third" slip. Unfortunately, my friend won't be launching his boat this season so I have a vacancy now.

Throw it up on craigslist, that is where I rented mine.

I think you just said that for me :) and it's on CL. Thanks.

I will add that not only is my boat there but so is my dad's and that I have made very good friends with my across the street neighbors so they watch the boats for me.

I'll get some pics this weekend.

I've had a lot of interest but no bites on CL so I thought I would bump this hoping someone here knows someone out there whose taking advantage of the buyer's market to get into boating.
 
I am interested in the slip. I have a 18ft Parker that needs to be in the water. Please let me know if your slip is still available.
 
Being that you are a Coast Guard Recuriter, I think Jeff may be able to help you. Funny thing is I have sent Jeff a few people in the last few weeks, think his slip may be rented. But you never know, Dave may have his number.
 
Sorry, James, I just rented the slip over the July 4th weekend for the rest of this season. If you are really interested in being in the Wantagh/Bellmore area I can check with my neighbors to see if the empty slip next to mine is available. Let me know here or through e-mail ourdecision30 at aol dot com.

Hey, Walter, thanks for thinking of me but I havent gotten any messages about the slip (other than the guy from CL I ended up renting to) in a few weeks.
