I own a 30 foot Pursuit and I am looking for a reputable dealer or installer on Western Long Island Sound or near the Throggs Neck Bridge. I will get an estimate on all the elrctronics and have him install same.

Anyone have good experience?

JoeShoes,
call Allan at Navtec Marine Electronics 631-841-2222 he's on L.I. but travels to all locations. He's knowlegable and his installations are the best I've seen.

Joe,
Most guys will travel to you, so don't limit yourself on who you call.

I've used Alan from Navtech over the years on a few of my boats. He's a real knowlegable guy....and does great work.

I've used Navtech as well, spent the time to actually teach me the units after install.

If thats the Sal from SS3 ??.....I also heard he was excellent.

Just make sure you don't use a union shop to install it, and make sure the equipment you buy is not made by a union shop, if so, according the NBR, you are BAD and will go straight to hell :)

PS
Child labor and sweat shops are okay to buy from :)

Good advice!

Yes......it will cost more if its " union made "...........but will work better !!!

Well I went ahead with Al from Navtech and I am delighted with the results.

From now on, no one touches my electronics but him.

Thank you guys for the recommendation.

Joe
