BW velvet drive model 72C overheated

Can a severly overheated v-drive be rebuilt? The paint and sensors melted off.

Also anyone have a used one for sale - need 1:1 ratio model 10-18-002

I would think it depends on what is out of spec. This may help.

Anyone know of a re-builder in the Rhode Island or Mass area?

I had my transmission rebuilt but I had to replace the v-drive when mine went that way. In WI, I had it done at Marysville Marine, but they don't look to have any locations out east past Ohio.
