cable routing for rear camera 36 sedan bridge

I want to attach a rear camera on my 36 Sedan Bridge 2007. I want to attach it to the back of the bridge deck and run wires to the hard-top monitor. Has the hard top got a cavity for cables and does the floor of the bridge (rear) have a cavity for cable runs
