Believe what you wish and I shall do likewise. I'm not trying to convince anyone any way or the other, they can research and draw their own conclusions when it comes to climate change/global warming/another ice age or whatever.
But whatever the cause, the current drought is a very serious problem for those effected and the future doesn't look too incouraging.
