We've never use our fridge in 7 years and suddenly it started running. I assumed someone bumped the knob inside since we use it for snack storage. I looked in and moved the switch to the ON position and it kept running. I switched it to off and it still kept running! OK, now what? I pulled the fuse on the transom, but can't figure out why it started and we couldn't stop it? I installed a new set of batteries a month ago and everything has been fine until today. I'm thinking the switch in the fridge shorted out?

Shore power hasn't been used in 7 years either, it's trailered and a separate Guest charger to keep the batteries charged. No converter or generator either.
