Does anybody know of a canvas fabricator who can supply full canvas for my 2001 regal 3260?

Great Lakes Boat Top made a lot of the canvas for Regal. I looked on their web site but your model is not listed. You could give them a call and see if they have the pattern or are able to get it. Is there a tag on your existing canvas showing who is the manufacture?

Great Lakes built both of the tops for my 322, same as the 3260. I'm sure they still have the patterns...

Gioia Sails out of NJ also did alot of work for Regal. If you call Regal with your hull ID # they will be able to supply you with the maker. They will be able to duplicate your boat. I had them do that with my old silverton. It fit perfect..

it is probably faster and a better fit to order it thru a regal dealer unless you want to make changes to the type of plexiglass or layout of the canvas package.
